Hero Vida V1 Electric Scooter: Hero Under the Vida sub-brand, MotoCorp has finally Launched its first electric two-wheeler. The V1, which will directly fight on the home market against the Ather 450X, TVS iQube ST, and Ola S1 Pro, has a lot on its shoulders.

1. Vida V1 Price & Variants:
The Vida V1 is offered in two different configurations, the V1 Plus and V1 Pro, with ex-showroom prices of Rs. 1.45 lakh and Rs. 1.59 lakh, respectively. The V1 Pro has a 4 kWh Lithium-ion battery with Nickel Manganese Cobalt chemistry, whereas the V1 Plus has a smaller 3.4 kWh battery.
2. Performance & Range of the Vida V1:
In comparison, the latter achieves 0–40 km/h in 3.2 seconds. While the Vida V1 Plus claims an MIDC riding range of 143 km, the Vida V1 Pro claims a range of 165 km on a single charge. The manufacturer has also stated that the electric scooter could recharge back to a range of 1.2 kilometers per minute thanks to the fast charging capability.
3. Main Features of the Vida V1:
The V1 has many high-end features and technologies for its expensive pricing. Among them are a seven-inch color touchscreen with Bluetooth, 4G, and Wi-Fi connectivity, cruise control, an anti-theft alarm, keyless entry, a two-way throttle that aids in reverse mode and regen assist, an SOS alert, over-the-air updates, LED headlamps, taillamps, and indicators, and others.

The Vida V1 looks nothing like the Hero scooters to which we are used. It is advantageous when the business looks to the future. It features split seats, a small flyscreen, a sleek headlamp with integrated position lighting, sporty LED turn signals, etc. While the V1 Pro is available in Matte White, Matte Sports Red, Gloss Black, and Matte Abrax Orange, the V1 Plus is only available in Matte White, Matte Sports Red, Gloss Black, and Matte Sports Red.
5. Delivery And Availability Of The Vida V1:
Bengaluru, Delhi, and Jaipur will be the first cities to receive the Vida V1 Plus and V1 Pro in a phased rollout. Beginning on October 10, reservations will be accepted, and deliveries will follow in the second half of December. One of the V1’s main selling features will be the technology for swappable batteries.
