New Traffic Rule 2022: Beginning tomorrow, or November 1, 2022, seat belt use will be required for every passenger in a moving vehicle. The Mumbai Police said on October 14 that starting on November 1, 2022, seat belt use for the driver and other passengers will be required.
According to the Mumbai Police’s notification, it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle while not using a seatbelt. As well as to transport people who are not using one. New Traffic Rule 2022, This thing said in the notification
The notification’s first sentence read, “All motor vehicle drivers and all passengers in vehicles. Whosoever travel on the roads of Mumbai city, are thus informed that, with effect from 01/11/2022, for drivers and all passengers, the seat while driving Wearing a belt would be mandatory.” Otherwise, section 194 (b) (1) of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act 2019 will take effect.
